1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at APsurance.com and any related services provided by APsurance ("APsurance," "we," "us," or "our"), an independent licensed insurance agency.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and APsurance. If you are using our services on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2 Our Services
APsurance provides insurance assistance services, including:

- Connecting you with a licensed insurance agent for a no-cost consultation
- Assisting with enrollment in insurance plans you choose to purchase
- Providing educational information about insurance options and government programs
Our services are provided at no direct cost to you. APsurance is compensated by insurance carriers when a client enrolls in a plan. This compensation does not affect the premium price you pay.

To use APsurance.com and submit an inquiry, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your state

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.
4 No Guarantee of Coverage, Eligibility, or Pricing
Eligibility for Marketplace coverage, premium subsidies, Medicaid, CHIP, Medicare, or any other insurance program is determined by applicable federal and state law, the relevant government agencies, and the insurance carriers, not by APsurance.
Specifically:
- We cannot guarantee that any plan will be available in your area or that you will qualify for any particular premium amount
- Plan benefits, premiums, networks, formularies, and availability are subject to change at any time by carriers and are outside our control
- Any cost estimates or savings figures presented on our website are illustrative and based on publicly available data; your actual costs may differ significantly
- Enrollment in a plan is not final until confirmed by the insurance carrier and, where applicable, the federal or state Marketplace
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. federal government, CMS, HHS, or any state insurance exchange
You are responsible for reviewing and understanding any plan you choose to enroll in, including its terms, conditions, network, and costs.
5 Licensed Agents & Insurance Advice
APsurance works with agents who are licensed in applicable states to sell health insurance and related products. Nothing on our website constitutes legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. You should independently verify any information regarding:
- Your eligibility for any government program or subsidy
